Can I switch plans?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll adjust your billing accordingly. If you're downgrading, you'll have access to your data and can export it before the plan change takes effect.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and ACH bank transfers for annual billing. For Enterprise customers, we can also arrange custom payment terms.
Is AI really included on all plans?

Yes, but at different levels. Starter includes basic AI features. Professional and Enterprise get our full AI suite powered by Claude, including deal scoring, email drafting, and next-best-action suggestions. Enterprise also gets custom AI prompts tailored to your business.
How does per-user pricing work?

You pay based on the number of active users in your account. A user is someone who logs in to VeloCRM and uses the system. You can add or remove users at any time, and your bill will adjust accordingly. We only bill for the users you actually have at the end of each billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my user limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your user limit. You can easily upgrade to a higher plan with more users. We won't restrict access or charge unexpected fees—we'll work with you to find the right plan for your team size.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes! Annual billing customers receive a 15% discount on all plans. Plus, annual customers get priority support and early access to new features. Contact our sales team for custom enterprise deals.
